Michael P. Duffy
President
Michael P. Duffy brings 30+ years of executive-level international experience in project management, operations management, sales, as well as, research and development. As president and owner of William Jacob Management since 2004, he brings proven strengths in operations management including all areas of P&L responsibility, startup and restructuring, business/systems development and team building. His reputation as an aggressive, bottom-line oriented executive who builds and leads highly motivated teams to solve problems and achieve operational excellence has been achieved through major projects for Petro-Marine Design, Pride International, Inc. and Pall Houston, a division of Pall Corporation. He is an alumnus of the Florida Institute of Technology with a Masters Degree in Ocean Design.

Peter Cutt
Corporate Adviser and Sr. Consultant
Mr. Cutt was with Petro-Marine for eighteen years as President, General Manager and Project Manager. With 40+ years of experience in the oil and gas offshore industry, the vast majority of this time has been spent in the management of projects. Initially as Project Engineer with responsibility for large portions of Design design with progression to total project responsibilities for all aspects of Design cost and schedule control planning, subcontractor management, purchasing vendor interfaces and construction and installation management. Most recently, Mr. Cutt acted as the Interface Manager for a multinational deepwater development in Africa that included a major FPSO Conversion and Subsea Production Systems. |

Ojin Kwon
Vice President, Finance
Ojin Kwon brings over 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry as both project controller and operations manager. As an operations manager, he uses extensive knowledge to oversee day to day operations which includes Administration, Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance. Mr. Kwon also brings value to projects as project cost controller and scheduling supervisor. He is an alumnus with Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration on Management Information Systems. |

John Weaver
Vice President, Production Facilities Design
John Weaver brings over 40+ years of international experience in project management, design, and supervision, working on major projects with clients such as Shell Oil, Coastal Oil & Gas, Mobil Oil, Hyundai Heavy Industries/Brasoil and many others. He has overseen Design and construction on field installations of chemical, petrochemical, petroleum refining and natural gas processing facilities, as well as, offshore facilities and pipelines. He has extensive industry experience including offshore and onshore oil and gas, compressor stations, shallow/deepwater, heavy crude and sour production. Mr. Weaver is a University of Houston alumnus. |

In roles ranging from independent owner/partner to corporate marketing executive for a major drilling company, Jerry has come to appreciate the profound benefits that result when clients and contractors share a vision for success. Drawing upon his expertise in operations, proposal development and contract management, Jerry works to ensure that every William Jacob Management engagement achieves our clients' business goals. |

Facilities Design Manager
Jayant Desai has more than 35+ years of domestic and international experience in process facilities design with onshore and offshore, oil and gas facilities and other hydrocarbon processes. Mr. Desai was part of Occidental Petroleum Corporation’s International Management Team for their operations in Libya and Scotland. |

Ronald Horton
Senior Equipment Engineer
Mr. Horton started his career working for an oilfield casing company while going through high school. He has over 20 years of experience working with drilling contractors in the oil patch. During his career, Mr. Horton was an independent consultant for investors on the purchase & sale of three semisubmersibles, one jack-up, and multiple land rigs. Mr. Horton purchased, remanufactured, and sold all types of drilling equipment ranging from jacking systems, draw-works, rotaries, BOP’s, masts, sub structures, and complete land rigs. Mr. Horton provided rebuild services for various land drilling contractors for both “work-over & drilling” rigs.
Mr. Horton’s experience also includes assignments ranging from Roughneck thru Drilling Superintendant - including several years as a Sub Sea Engineer, Marine Systems Design Manager, and Foreign Operations Management for conventionally moored Semi Submersibles & Drillship’s, as well as a Dynamic Position Drillship. He served as Manager of a shore base warehouse facility and Manager of Maintenance for two contractors.

Robert Wheeless
Senior Equipment Engineer
With an oilfield career spanning almost 40 years, Robert Wheeless came up through the ranks working on drilling rigs and production platforms and his skillset ranges from hands on to management of repair and maintenance to construction as well as rig-up and commissioning of drilling rigs. Mr. Wheeless has a production background that spans across various areas of discipline such as design, construction, installations, start-ups / commissioning and was a production superintendent. Mr. Wheeless has a background installing pipelines utilizing pipelaying barges and derrick barges. His current certifications are: AWS CWI, Well Control and Production Safety System T-2. |
