Our Quality Management System as currently configured, utilizes a process approach we feel will provide our customers with the ability to assess our organizations ability to meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. WJM has achieved our objective of ISO-9001 compliance by putting in place all of the necessary processes for Document Control, Resource Management including human resources and infrastructure, Product Realization, and Measurement Analysis and Improvement including continuous improvement. The design of these processes and their linkage with each other produce the necessary customer satisfaction with our services.
