William Jacob Management Announces Ron Horton as Vice President of Operations

Houston, TX – February 11, 2014 – William Jacob Management, Inc. announced today that Ron Horton has joined the company to take on the role of Vice President of Operations. Mr. Horton brings to William Jacob Management over 30 years of experience leading and managing technically complex high risk, high reliability organizations. Ron will report to President and Owner, Michael Duffy and will be focused on helping to continue the Company’s growth in a number of areas of operations from the corporate office level and in the project sector.

Horton is a former United States Navy Rear Admiral, a former Navy fighter squadron commander, and a former commander of numerous surface vessels including the nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN-65). Ron received his bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s prestigious Nuclear Power Program.
